USERS WILL NOT BE SUBJECTED TO ANY COMPENSATION OR RESTITUTION.

• Service stoppages due to hardware and software relocation, replacement, upgrades, maintenance, repair or other internal technical issues;
• User’s violation of any applicable laws, these terms of use or any agreement of this service;
• Service stoppages, interruptions, malfunctions due to the third party actions beyond our control or other issues which are not attributable to us;
• Service stoppages due to the natural catastrophe or other force majeure circumstances and other causes which are not attributable to us;
• If service stoppage are necessitated due to any state of national emergency, blackouts, system disruptions of hardware/software, and/or usage congestion, all and/or a portion of services may be temporarily malfunctioning, delayed, discontinued or cannot be transmitted. In such instances, our liability shall be limited to repair of the system; we exclude all liability for the damage compensation.

PRODUCT ORDERING

By using this service, you agree not to return or exchange the products or cancel orders arbitrarily or involved in business misconduct that may cause any damage to HsiehS Biotech. HsiehS Biotech reserves the rights to cancel any transactions or terminate the membership.

HsiehS biotech has the right to cancel or modify any transaction and delivery schedule through email or telephone notice for the following circumstances:

2. Have to order from agent assigned by HsiehS Biotech
3. Shipping goods by other agents
4. Or any issue interrupted the good supplies
